Fitness Responsibilities
of Guest
Guest is responsible for adequate physical preparation for the tour.
Guest should know her own physical capacity for biking and hiking and
have trained adequately to be able to ride 10-30 miles daily. There will
be options for varying lengths and difficulty in terrain, but guest should
have created a suitable level of fitness prior to the trip. Guest is
responsible for informing Girlfriends Go Tours of any health concerns
or medical conditions PRIOR to trip departure.
Travel Insurance*
Guest is required to have
travel medical and emergency evacuation insurance. This insurance
will be purchased at a minimal cost to the guest (approximately
$50) and addresses the medical needs of a guest while
abroad. Girlfriends Go Tours provides information on travel insurance (below)
but the responsibility to procure insurance lies with the guest,
and proof of insurance will be required
for travel. Medical and emergency evacuation insurance
is required and can be purchase through Travelex Insurance Company,

1-800-228-9792.* Further, trip cancellation
insurance can also be purchased with the medical and
emergency evacuation insurance from Travelex Insurance for a
small added fee. ** We recommend the Travelite
or the Travel Plus insurance policies, but amount of
coverage is the client's
preference.
Passport
Guest is required to have a current and valid passport to cover the
entirety of the trip, not to expire within 2 weeks of return.
Air Travel
Guest is responsible for booking and purchasing her own air travel.
Girlfriends Go Tours provides all ground travel, including
transfers, provided that the guest arrives and departs from the designated
location within the stated time parameters.
Deposit, Payment Schedule and Cancellation Policy
A $400 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
If trip is booked less than 30 days prior to date of departure, the
full amount of the trip cost is due upon booking. Final payment is
due 30 days prior to trip departure date. If cancellation occurs
within 15 days of travel, 50 % of the total trip cost will be refundable,
after which there will be no refunds made.

| Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion
of your trip. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended (see
travel insurance**) and is the only guarantee for a full refund in
the case of an emergency cancellation (specific conditions apply).

Cancellation by Us
In very rare cases, it may be necessary for Girlfriends Go Tours to
cancel a tour. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be
sent to the guest and this constitutes full settlement. Girlfriends
Go Tours will not be responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable
air tickets.
Other Terms
Without limitation, Girlfriends Go Tours is not responsible for any
injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience
in connection with the provision of, or failure to provide, any goods
or services occasioned by or resulting from (but not limited to) natural
disaster, mechanical or other failure of means of transportation or
for the failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart
on time, or from any of the above conditions caused by companies contracted
by Girlfriend Go Tours and for any other cause beyond the direct control
of Girlfriends Go Tours.
