7 nights and 8 days — based on double occupancy in spacious king size beds. Single supplement/private room— additional $450 pp
INCLUDES: Transfer to and from the Shannon airport, accommodations (based on double occupancy-shared queen
beds) in traditional B& B’s and country inns, cultural tours, garden and Abby tour, beer tasting, castle tour, basic Gaelic language
lesson, bike/helmet rental, sag wagon and luggage transfers, ferry passage to the Aran Islands, guided bike tours, guided hiking and a sea kayak experience.
EXCLUDES: Airfare, any prior night’s and extra night’s lodging near Shannon/Dublin airport, some lunches,
Pony Trek any personal items/shopping and
mandatory travel insurance.
Difficulty level: Intermediate to Advanced riders
Join the girls for a week of biking and hiking through the beautiful emerald hills of Ireland. Pedal along the timeless
coastline and quaint villages of the Connemarea and Galway coastline, enjoying glimpses of ancient fortress ruins and breathtaking
vistas. Hike along paths traversing tranquil meadows to windy cliffs, lighthouses and fishing villages breaking to admire centuries-old
stone buildings and the sacred burial sites. Take in the wonder and beauty of this land with an active week of biking & hiking with a
balance of pub stops for a creamy Guinness beer or an afternoon spot of tea and scones.
We will stay in cozy and comfortable B&B’s and traditional inns enjoying the renowned hospitality of the local people. We will
be treated to live Celtic music, captivating tales of Irish folklore, and perhaps have an opportunity to kick up our heels in a
traditional Irish dance. We will be treated to a dinner in a castle and explore some of Ireland’s most famous historic sites.
